Inquiries you choose to send
The contact form asks for your name, email and requirements, with optional company and destination-market details. The quote form also asks for request type, company, country or region, product/specification and target sales market; phone, quantities, application, certification requirements and delivery preferences are optional. Information you send is intended for discussing and following up on your inquiry. Send only what is necessary; do not include sensitive personal information, payment details or confidential formulas.
FormSubmit and email
The form posts directly to FormSubmit, a third-party service, to process the submission and forward it to [email protected]. FormSubmit may process submission data and technical information under its own policy. Receipt of an inquiry has been confirmed previously; this does not guarantee delivery of every submission. You may email directly instead; email also involves your and the recipient’s email providers. No successful delivery is implied by the thank-you URL. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
Fonts and hosting
Pages request fonts through Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google font servers and share technical information such as an IP address and browser headers. See Google’s privacy policy. Website hosting infrastructure may record request logs, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser information, for delivery, security or diagnostics. This notice does not specify the providers’ retention periods.

What can be located or changed depends on the records and services involved; this notice makes no fixed deletion-time promise. External services have their own practices, and information sent to them is not processed solely within this static website.
